Is there any way to get yahoo to introduce a person in danger alert on?

The problem is telling the real questions from the fake, that a person may seek help but not up to it to tell the police. At fourteen, I had not been up to telling people so soon after my attack, I call it attack because any abuse is so, but a friend tried to force me to and it hurt for years.
