Fiber/Whole grains on Atkins diet?
Okay you should not have more than 20-30 carbs. me and my husband did this diet and we lost the 20 pounds but every pound we lost, we gained back. It is a really bad diet. I now do weight watchers and I am loving it, I am not constipated anymore!!
