Yes you can "poop" and p gas during delivery they aren't going to send you out of the room for it, it happens it's life. Your wife isn't even going to know it has happened...the ping gas maybe but pooping no, she is going to be feeling so much pressure, the doctors are used to it and really isn't all that embarring they just swipe it way and continue on.
