Why is this site still so bugged?

You are not the only one. Everyone on this site is experincing the same issue, and the answer to your question is that Yahoo has yet to resolve the issue. Even though the site was down due to maintenance earlier this morning, it did not fix the issue. I am no longer surprised by glitches on Yahoo's part. It has become the norm for many users here especially those (like myself) who have been on this site longer than 2 years. Yahoo fails to address multiple issues and maintenance is amongst those. The only thing you can do is to be patient, and bear it. Otherrwise, you can find another site to go to. Although there isn't a site (for answers and questions) quite as good as this one. Its just the technical issues and trolls that are the most bothersome. Otherwise its a decent site.
