How can I bang out the details of this business idea concerning sales, real-estate and investing?

Say if you do 70% 0f the work and the others only do a few % each i would divide to what everyone earns in commission. If someone does not contribute a tall cut him/her out as there behavior will predict for the futur as well. I would raw up a contract and let every one what they put in. If some one only makes enough fr one property and the other does enough for ten where is the fairness in that a contract what they put in is what they get out of it. Take receipts (or right out receipts how much per person puts in and get them to sign it as well.After costs then share profits. Make sure 3 or 4 of you have to sign to take money out if only one does that money could go missing. Or call a meeting if monies need to be taken out for repairs etc. Doing this with a group of people it will sort out your friends and which ones are honest. Make sure all contracts are signed and witnessed
