His this guy a flirt or something else?

If he didn't like you at all, you wouldn't be given so much attention. He sounds a little unsure of himself and like he needs to get a lot of attention. Maybe he's a little on the immature side- though I have no idea how old you are. I wouldn't take him seriously at all though. He's just playing. Don't take anything personally, it's just him. Just shrug off the putdowns and he'll stop trying to get attention for that. But just wondering, do you like him?? It may be difficult to get his serious communication from him and that would make any serious relationship pretty difficult.
