Method to upload a xml file to a sql server table?

i need to upload a xml file data into the sql server tables.are there any method to load the file to the table.likewise i have nearly 100s of xml file coming.is it easier to create an application in asp.net to upload the xml to the table.all the xml will have the same fields only the value changes
