Why do Marine Privates or PFCSs fresh out of boot camp act like they are the schit towards poolees in the DEP?

Seriously, these moronic privates that are on recruiter's istance think they are all tough and schit when they are around other poolee's in the DEP waiting to go to boot camp and act as though they are the NCOIC in charge. What the fukc is their problem? It's usually only the junior male Marines trying to act all hard towards the other male poolees, and towards females in the DEP they are always trying to flirt or get cute with them. WTF is their problem? Can I report them to the Staff Sergeant for their harrment, especially when they hit me or throw schit at me? I'm pretty sure the DI's at boot camp don't get to hit you or throw schit at you, so what's the deal with these boots acting like complete jackes? A lot of them are big skinny pansies too, and if I wouldn't get in trouble, I would knock them the fukc out for being jerkoffs and trying to impress all the girls.
