Hi rayanne, do you really like this boy? Kissing shouldn't cross your mind unless your both serious about the relationship. Kissing is awkward the first time you kiss,but if it is your first time and his it will be special. How old is your boyfriend if your 13? you asked if boys want to kiss. Most of them do and most like kissing. Since your school has a PDA rule you should follow the rule. It's put there for a reason and kissing at school isn't attractive for other students to see.
