Help getting asked to Sadie Hawkins Dance?

I am a boy and there is this girl who I want to ask me to a Sadie Hawkins Dance at my school (you know... where the girls ask boys). I don't know what to do. I would just ask her if it was a normal dance but that's not how this one works. What should I do to get her to ask me?
