Has affirmative action gone too far?

I went to see Cats the musical and one of the actors was black and he wasn't a good actor. Matter of fact, the black actor ruined the musical. The only way this guy got this job is because he is black. Probably a white actor who was far more talented didn't get the position just so this black guy could get a job. This is what is wrong with America. We are becoming to liberal and losing all sense of right and wrong.
