Once I'm alseep I can sleep a whole 8 hours. I just can't seem to get to sleep before 2 am. Every once and a while a friend will come over and sit with me until I fall asleep. (I'm not a child, I'm recovering from a trauma.) I'm looking for natural suggestions as well as chemical suggestions, but I'd prefer not to take a drug. I've tried benadryl it doesn't work. I've taken as many as 4 pill, but I stopped doing that when Heath Ledger died. I don't want to off myself. I just want to sleep.
