well if she is in your gym cl, try to get on teams for sports with her and talk to her and help her with the sport if she doesn't know it too well. Any time you have with her try to be with her (but not in a scary stalker kinda way)

Question for Doctors/Dietitians about "starvation mode"?

Your body will go into starvation mode but it will take a few months. Mine is there now but not by choice. I have to go get IV's of vitamins & minerals and an IV of electrolytes every 3-4 weeks because all I can eat is strained baby fruit because of an eating disorder. I am anemic, all my blood work comes back too low and my heart is now beating irregularly and I am having palpitations and now one side of my heart is larger than the other and I have diseases of the sinuses which has prevented me from being unable to smell a thing for 11 months. I am waiting for approval for a gastric pacemaker so I can eat food. My bowels shut down and I got this disease 7 years ago and my body has been pulling all the calcium from my bones and all the protein from my muscles for a couple of years now and nothing can be done to stop it. So if you are going to diet be sure you get all the nutrients you need or you will be in the same shape I am in only you would have done it to yourself, a disease did it to me. you have a choice, I didn't.

Belief in god isn't a prerequisite for belief in some sort of afterlife. Not that I myself do, but it's not a prerequisite.

Yes you can "poop" and p gas during delivery they aren't going to send you out of the room for it, it happens it's life. Your wife isn't even going to know it has happened...the ping gas maybe but pooping no, she is going to be feeling so much pressure, the doctors are used to it and really isn't all that embarring they just swipe it way and continue on.
