Im really confused what happened...?

A couple weeks ago my friend was convinced she was pregnant. She was worried to death about as she currently cant afford to raise another child or pay for an abortion. From then on she Got really stressed (and other life factors didnt help, i.e. traffic tickets). She would tell me that she would get out of bed her head would spin wildly with dizziness. She was always tired (she does get very irregular sleep) and was convinced she could feel the baby. Jump to now, and she got her period on time. While she is relieved that she is probably not pregnant, she is now worried about what happened and why she felt that way. She says that the initial dizziness has subsided, but the general feeling of tiredness remains in addition to congested head. Does anyone know what might be the matter?
